It demolished their business.

 

They had to let go of 28 employees and sell their building and equipment at devastating discounts. 

 

They were facing the cold, hard truth that not only were they starting over in their 50s, but they were doing it with 2 years worth of retroactive taxes weighing them down.

 

I had one deal under my belt and knew from my own experience that real estate investing was the answer. 

 

I had experienced immediate success without using any of my own capital.  So I offered to show Mom the ropes and coached my own mother to real estate riches.
